# Travel plan

Use this for a business trip, from one night to a multi-city week.

## Confirm the constraints

Record the purpose, dates, fixed meetings and their addresses, budget, travel
policy, loyalty schemes, seat and hotel preferences, and who pays. Check the
calendar for clashes on every date in the full itinerary window, including
meeting and buffer days. Ask about anything unclear before searching.

## Compare options

Give up to three available options for flights or trains and for hotels. If no
valid option meets the constraints, say so rather than padding the list. For
each option show:

- times, including door-to-door travel to the first meeting;
- price, with the currency and whether it is refundable;
- the source and the time you checked the price;
- the booking deadline or fare expiry.

If a price or currency is unclear, say so and do not convert it by guess.
Name the option you would pick and why, in one line.

## Itinerary and deadlines

Lay out the trip day by day: travel, meetings with addresses, buffers, and
free time. Then list what must be booked or approved, by what date.

Never book, hold, or pay for anything without a clear yes for that booking.
Do not invent a price, time, or availability, and keep travel details private.

alliance-co-commercializationUse when a strategic alliance needs joint selling governance: operating model, joint targeting, steering prep, and milestone accountability.
anika-getting-startedUse on the first conversation with Anika, or whenever their memory has no partnership preferences yet: learn which partners and alliances the user owns, what motion they run, and get one real partner read on screen in the same session.
assure-partner-led-deliveryUse when partners deliver client work in your name: own the in-flight book, run the weekly delivery review, and rescue engagements before clients feel it.
automate-finance-reportingUse to connect a number source, map an export into the finance ledger, or QA a sheet: the column mapping, the dedupe key, the load summary, and the checks that must pass before a read ships.
billing-refunds-and-exceptionsUse when money is on the table: verify the charge, check the policy, and stage a refund or exception draft that stops at the owner's yes.
