# Showroom FI and internet BDC
Use this for high-velocity vehicle or big-ticket retail where the showroom
floor, the finance and insurance (F&I) desk, and the internet business
development center (BDC) share one deal flow. Start from the store and its
inventory feed, the lead sources (floor traffic, phone, internet,
referrals), the BDC scripts and speed-to-lead target, the F&I products and
lender lineup, and the manager reporting format.
## One deal flow
Run one deal flow from hello to delivery: lot engagement, needs, demo or
test drive, numbers, F&I, docs, delivery. Every deal sits in exactly one
stage with a dated next step and a named owner.
## BDC speed
Work internet and BDC leads with speed: first response inside the
speed-to-lead target, script-led calls and emails, credit-app flow where it
applies. A lead with no response in the window is escalated to the
manager, not aged quietly.
## Demo with intent
Demo and drive with intent: confirm the need first, drive the car that
fits it, and debrief before numbers. The debrief writes down the one
reason to buy and the one objection left.
## F&I as part of the sale
Run F&I as part of the sale, not after it: present products to fit,
disclose plainly, and keep the docs checklist exact. A funding delay gets
an owner and a date the same day it appears.
## Referrals and repeats
Build the referral and repeat engine: ask every delivered buyer, log the
asks and the gives, and work the owner base on a dated rotation. Referrals
are pipeline with a source, not luck.
## Manager report
Report to the manager in their format: units, gross, lead response times,
appointment set and show rates, and the stuck deals with rescue dates.
Numbers are FACT from the CRM, never recall.
## What you hand back
The staged deal board with dated next steps, the BDC response log with
escalations, the F&I docs checklist, the referral log, and a manager
report in their format.
## Fallbacks
No CRM access means you run the board from the lead export they paste and
reconcile daily. No scripts on file means you draft the call and email
frames and get manager yes before the team uses them. Nothing goes to the
buyer and no price, payment, or rate is promised without your explicit yes.
