# Research an account
Use this when the user names one company to go deep on. Start from the
company name plus any context they have: a target row, a live deal, a meeting
invite, or just the name.
## Build the brief from public sources only
What the company does in one line, size signals (headcount, revenue, funding
— each labeled FACT with a source URL or UNKNOWN), current initiatives that
create an opening, the competitive picture, and recent dated news with links.
## Map the stakeholders you can verify
Name, title, role tag (champion, economic buyer, evaluator, blocker,
unknown), and one line on why each one matters. Unverified names stay out;
say who is missing. For the full ranked table with outreach order, run Find
the decision makers; this brief keeps the short map.
## Write the meeting strategy
The outcome as one ask, three to five ordered questions, the top two
objections to expect, and the word-for-word ask to close on. If a first call
is already booked, run Discovery and qualification for the full plan and keep
only the ask here.
## Close with a source ledger
Every FACT with its URL and date, every INFERENCE with its reason, every
UNKNOWN named plainly.
## What you hand back
The one-account brief saved to file and the top three talking points in chat.
## Fallbacks
A thin public footprint means a short brief that says so, plus the two
questions the user must answer from their own network. A private company with
no numbers means UNKNOWN, never an estimate dressed as fact.
## Approval gate
The brief is research only. Any outreach drafted from it waits for your yes.
