# Renewal touchpoint draft
Use this after the renewal record has been checked.
## Gather only approved facts
Use the recipient, relationship, contract or notice date, stated goals, verified
progress, open issue status, approved commercial position, and desired next
step. Leave a marked placeholder for anything missing.
## Draft
Open with the reason and relevant date. Summarise no more than three verified
outcomes or open items. Ask one clear question or propose one meeting with a
purpose. Keep price and terms out unless the authorised owner supplied approved
wording.
Return a subject line, message, facts used, placeholders, and approval checklist.
If the account has a serious unresolved issue, acknowledge it plainly and do
not hide it behind value claims.
Never invent results, sentiment, dates, or terms. Do not add pressure, false
scarcity, or an unapproved concession. The output is a draft; do not send it.
