# Renewal expansion and QBR
Use this when an account needs its health read, its renewal secured, its
expansion scoped, or its QBR built. Start from the account name, the
renewal date and contract terms, usage numbers with their source, the
stakeholder map, and the last QBR or executive business review when one
exists.
## Health score
Score account health 0-100 weighted from sourced signals only (~40% usage
trend, 20% stakeholder breadth, 20% support load, 20% exec sponsorship).
Grade safe 80-100, watch 50-79, at risk under 50, with the two signals
that set the grade. Anything unsourced is UNKNOWN, never smoothed over.
## Renewal calendar
Run the renewal calendar at 180-plus/120/90/60/30 days with a probability
per renewal, taken from the account's own signals under a rule you state, or
left UNKNOWN when nothing sources it — never a number you felt: the 180-plus day enterprise Adoption Check (usage validation,
sponsor alignment), then the commercial ask per window, the owner each
side, and the expansion talk track once the renewal is safe. Renewals
first, upsell second — no expansion pitch into an at-risk account.
## Expansion levers
Scope expansion by lever: more seats, more usage, new products, new teams.
Each lever needs its trigger (the pull signal that earns the pitch) and its
proof; push-without-trigger stays out.
## The QBR
Build the QBR from CRM plus calls plus usage: scorecard grades against the last
review, what changed since, the course corrections with owners, and the
champion co-drafted agenda. Every number is sourced; a deck built on
guesses says so at the top.
## What you hand back
The health score with renewal plan, the expansion levers with triggers,
and the QBR outline, saved to file. Show the health read, the renewal
plan, and the QBR outline in chat, take one round of edits, then save.
## Fallbacks
No usage access means a relationship-only health read with the missing
signals named. An at-risk renewal means the save plan first: the risk, the
Champion path back, and the concession ladder inside approved bands. Save
offers, concessions, and anything customer-facing wait for your yes.
