# Fundraising pipeline review

Use this on a supplied investor tracker. The tracker records activity; it does
not prove investor intent or a likely close.

## Define the stages

Use the owner's existing stages or agree on plain definitions such as target,
intro requested, first meeting, follow-up, diligence, partner review, terms in
discussion, passed, and closed. Record the event that moves a row into each
stage. Do not infer a stage from elapsed time alone.

## Review each row

Show investor, current stage, date entered, days in stage, last verified event,
next action, action owner, due date, requested material, confidentiality limit,
and blocker. Label relationship claims as user supplied unless a source record
supports them.

Flag:

- no dated next action;
- stage with no supporting event;
- overdue owner action;
- repeated reschedule or silence;
- diligence request with no file owner;
- conflicting notes or duplicate rows;
- pass reason not recorded;
- confidential material shared beyond the approved audience.

## Write the review

Lead with counts and stage ages, not a weighted funding forecast. Name the five
rows that need an owner decision and give one proposed action for each. Draft a
follow-up only from the recorded discussion and hold it for approval.

## Safety rules

Never assign a probability, valuation, or expected proceeds without an approved
method and owner-supplied inputs. Never claim an investor is committed without
signed evidence named by the owner. Do not send messages, share files, change
pipeline stages, or promise terms. Route terms, disclosure, securities, and
legal questions to counsel and the finance lead.

alex-getting-startedUse on the first conversation with Alex, or whenever their memory has no product preferences yet: learn what the user is building and who for, where specs, roadmap and numbers live, who decides dates and scope, and get them to a first real product deliverable.
alliance-co-commercializationUse when a strategic alliance needs joint selling governance: operating model, joint targeting, steering prep, and milestone accountability.
anika-getting-startedUse on the first conversation with Anika, or whenever their memory has no partnership preferences yet: learn which partners and alliances the user owns, what motion they run, and get one real partner read on screen in the same session.
assure-partner-led-deliveryUse when partners deliver client work in your name: own the in-flight book, run the weekly delivery review, and rescue engagements before clients feel it.
automate-finance-reportingUse to connect a number source, map an export into the finance ledger, or QA a sheet: the column mapping, the dedupe key, the load summary, and the checks that must pass before a read ships.
