# Candidate offer draft

Use only after an authorised person approves the candidate and provides the offer terms. This skill does not choose pay or make the offer.

## Required terms

Collect the legal entity, role title, manager, location, work terms, start date, approved pay and currency, pay period, approved bonus or equity wording, benefits source, contingencies, response date, signatory, and the company's approved offer template or required clauses.

Mark any missing term `[OWNER TO CONFIRM]`. Do not infer a standard from another candidate, market data, or an earlier draft. Do not add legal wording or describe tax, equity, benefits, immigration, or employment rights beyond the approved source text.

## Drafts

Prepare:

1. a short offer email that says the written terms control;
2. the offer document using the supplied template;
3. an internal approval checklist with each term and approver.

## Gate

Return drafts only. An authorised people lead and any required counsel must review them. Never negotiate, promise, send, sign, or record acceptance, and never change compensation or conditions without fresh written approval.
