Compiles a temporary AL project and verifies a fresh app package.

  • Solves the need to compile an AL project and confirm a new app package.
  • Depends on the workflow-installed public prerelease ALTool and PowerShell script.
  • Decides to download symbols first if app.json references platform or dependencies.
  • Delivers compiler diagnostics and native exit code without invoking alc.exe directly.

Invoke `verify-prerelease-altool`, then run:

```powershell
& .\.github\skills\compile-al-app\Invoke-CompileAlApp.ps1 `
    -ProjectPath <project-folder> `
    -PackageCachePath <project-folder>\.alpackages
```

If `app.json` references platform, application, or dependencies, invoke `download-al-symbols` first.
Preserve compiler diagnostics and the native exit code. Do not invoke `alc.exe` directly.
