# Agency Landing Page

Produce a production-ready landing page for an SEO agency offering a free audit as the lead magnet, with the audit promise backed by a real data workflow, not just copy.

## Prerequisites

- SE Ranking MCP server connected.
- User provides: (a) agency name, (b) target vertical or niche the agency serves (e.g., "SaaS", "local dentists", "DTC ecommerce"), (c) the agency's website or positioning, and optionally (d) a sample client domain to pull real numbers from for case-study copy.

## Process

1. **Niche data pull** `DATA_getDomainOverviewWorldwide`, `DATA_getDomainCompetitors`, `DATA_getAiOverview`
   - If a sample client domain was provided, pull their organic traffic, top competitors, and AI Overview exposure.
   - Extract 3 concrete, pitchable numbers for the page (e.g., "agencies in this niche average 12k organic visits/mo. Top performers average 180k.").

2. **Pain-point discovery**
   - Use niche-level findings to identify the 3 most acute SEO pains for this vertical (e.g., AI Overviews eating top-of-funnel traffic, cannibalisation in product pages, thin category pages).
   - Each pain becomes a section of the page.

3. **Offer construction**
   - Primary offer: a free 5-minute automated SEO audit delivered to their inbox.
   - Secondary offer: book a 30-minute strategy call once audit is received.
   - Lead form: 3 fields max (name, work email, domain).

4. **Proof layer**
   - Case-study placeholder blocks with real metric deltas (user fills names).
   - Logo bar (user fills with 4-6 clients).
   - A "data snapshot" block that uses the real numbers from step 1 (builds trust instantly).

5. **CTA and urgency**
   - Above-the-fold CTA.
   - Mid-page CTA after social proof.
   - Final CTA after FAQ.
   - Urgency: "We cap free audits at {n}/month" (user fills n).

6. **Generate the page** (see Output Format).

## Output format

Create a folder `seo-agency-landing-page-{target-slug}-{YYYYMMDD}/` with:

```
seo-agency-landing-page-{target-slug}-{YYYYMMDD}/
├── 01-niche-data.md      # the real numbers pulled in step 1
├── 02-pain-points.md     # the 3 pains used in copy
├── index.html            # self-contained HTML page (Tailwind via CDN)
├── copy.md               # the copy alone, markdown, for CMS paste
└── README.md             # how to customise and deploy
```

`copy.md` follows this shape:

```markdown
# {Hero headline}
## {Hero subhead}
> Hook: {pain-centric, specific, 12-18 words}
[CTA button: Get my free audit]
Supporting microcopy: No credit card. Results in 5 minutes. We never share your data.
---
## Section 1: The 3 things killing SEO for {niche} in 2026
### 1. {Pain 1}
{One paragraph with real number from step 1}
### 2. {Pain 2}
...
### 3. {Pain 3}
...
[CTA button: See how your site scores]
---
## Section 2: What the free audit covers
- {deliverable 1, e.g., "Critical technical issues on your top 20 pages"}
- {deliverable 2, e.g., "AI Overview exposure: which of your queries LLMs answer without you"}
- {deliverable 3, e.g., "Backlink gaps vs your 3 closest competitors"}
- {deliverable 4, e.g., "Top 10 quick-win keywords you could rank for in 90 days"}
---
## Section 3: Why {agency name}
- {Proof point 1: case study with number}
- {Proof point 2}
- {Proof point 3}
Logo bar: {placeholder for 4-6 client logos}
---
```

`index.html` is a self-contained page with:
- Tailwind CSS via CDN (`https://cdn.tailwindcss.com`).
- Semantic HTML, no JS frameworks.
- A real HTML form POSTing to a configurable endpoint (placeholder `action="REPLACE_WITH_FORM_ENDPOINT"`).
- OG tags for social sharing.
- A CTA button that scrolls to the form.

> **Form endpoint:** Replace `REPLACE_WITH_FORM_ENDPOINT` with a webhook from Netlify Forms, Formspree, or a Zapier catch hook. If none is configured, leave the placeholder and flag it in the deliverable's README so the user knows to set it before publishing.

`README.md` explains:
- How to fill in client logos and case-study numbers.
- How to wire the form to a real audit backend (link to SE Ranking audit API or the agency's own tool).
- How to deploy: Netlify, Vercel, or drop into any static host.
- How to A/B test the hero headline.

## Tips

- Respect SE Ranking Data API rate limit: 10 requests per second. Iterate sequentially.
- The page lives and dies by the hook. Specific numbers beat generalities. "You are losing 18% of top-funnel traffic to AI Overviews" beats "AI is changing SEO".
- Do not promise what the agency cannot deliver. If the free audit is limited to the first 100 URLs, say so on the page.
- Mobile-first. Hero fits on one iPhone screen.
- The lead-magnet audit should itself be an automated workflow, not a promise. Chain with the `website-audit-change-report` skill as the delivery mechanism.
- Do not add stock photography. Real screenshots of actual audit outputs convert better.
- If the agency has no case studies yet, use aggregate data (e.g., "Agencies like ours typically lift organic traffic by 40-80% in year one") with a clear disclaimer, not fake numbers.

seo-adsPaid-search competitive landscape for a domain or keyword. Pulls SE Ranking's PPC data — domain ad keyword footprint, ad copy patterns, who else bids on the same keywords, SERP shopping/ad-pack visibility — and produces a competitive ads brief plus a recommended bid-keyword shortlist. Use when the user asks "paid search analysis", "competitor ads", "PPC competitive", "ad copy intelligence", "shopping pack", "who bids on this keyword", or "paid keyword footprint".
seo-ai-search-share-of-voiceMeasure AI Search share of voice for a target domain versus competitors across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview, and AI Mode. Pulls the AIO leaderboard, then samples prompts where each domain appears as a source or brand mention, and analyses topic clusters each brand owns. Use when the user asks for AI Search share of voice, LLM visibility tracking, AEO/GEO analysis, AI Overview competitive analysis, or wants to know which brands LLMs cite in their category.
seo-ai-social-report>
seo-apiSE Ranking API integration architect. Covers the whole SE Ranking surface — the Data API (keyword research, backlinks, domain & competitor analysis, SERP, website audit, AI Search) and the Project API (rank tracking, project/keyword/backlink management, marketing plan, sub-accounts, AIRT prompts). Answers any "how do I…" question about endpoints, parameters, JSON schemas, credit cost, rate limits, or auth, and produces ready-to-paste cURL / Python / TypeScript / MCP-tool-call recipes. With explicit confirmation it also wires up Project API state — creating projects, adding keywords, configuring audits, setting up AIRT prompt groups. Pulls live tool schemas from the connected MCP. Unlike the analysis skills (briefs, audits, reports), seo-api produces integration recipes and wired-up state. Use when the user asks how to use the SE Ranking API, which endpoint returns a metric, how to build a rank tracker, for Postman / cURL / Python recipes, or how to integrate with Looker / n8n / Make.
seo-backlink-gapFind referring domains that link to multiple competitors but not to your site, then enrich with authority, anchor samples, and outreach angle per row. Produces a prospect list an outreach team can start emailing tomorrow. Use when the user asks for backlink gap analysis, link building opportunities, competitor backlink intersection, link prospecting, or wants referring domains they are missing.
seo-backlinks-profileFull backlink profile for a domain — referring domains, anchor text distribution, authority distribution, IP and subnet diversity, growth/decay trend, toxic-candidate flagging. Distinct from `seo-backlink-gap` (which is gap-vs-competitor only). Produces a profile health score and reviewable disavow candidate list (never auto-disavow). Use when the user asks "backlink profile", "link profile audit", "anchor distribution", "toxic links", "disavow candidates", or "backlink health".
seo-competitor-gap-analysisCompare a target domain to its top organic competitors and surface keywords the competitors rank for that the target does not, filtered by intent, volume, and difficulty. Use when the user asks for a competitor gap analysis, keyword gap, organic content gap, missing keyword opportunities, or wants to see what their competitors are ranking for that they are not.
