bumping-biome
Bumps `biome` package versions (e.g. `@biomejs/biome`) using `pnpm`, aligns `biome.jsonc` files with the new version/s across the repository and runs biome-related checks. Use when required to update `biome` to a newer version - explicitly or implicitly (e.g. after running `pnpm up`, `pnpm update`, `pnpm upgrade` without specific package names).

contrib-pr
Open a high-quality external contributor PR against prisma-next. Use when the user is an outside contributor (not a Prisma maintainer) and wants to submit a change as a pull request from a fork. Encodes the contribution flow from CONTRIBUTING.md so the resulting PR passes review on the first round.

drive-agent-personas
Library of agent personas — named bias-frames that other skills load to shift execution-time defaults. Skills name a persona by ID (e.g. "Adopt the architect persona"), and this skill resolves that ID to the persona doc that frames the executor for the rest of the task. Use when authoring a new skill that needs a particular reviewer/implementer/orchestrator stance, or when an existing skill instructs you to adopt a named persona.

drive-discussion
Drops the agent into a structured Q&A mode that iterates with the user toward a complete understanding of a topic, then documents the outcome (project spec, plan, decision record, or whatever shape fits). The agent adopts one or more personas from the `drive-agent-personas` library — named explicitly by the user, or inferred from conversation context and announced. Typical use is design work at the start of a task, or mid-implementation when a load-bearing assumption has been falsified. Use ONLY when the user explicitly invokes this skill (e.g. "discussion mode", "pressure-test this", "let's design this", "design mode", "tech design mode", "product mode", "pm mode", "challenge my idea"). Never auto-invoke.

drive-pr-description
Generates PR descriptions by analyzing git diffs between the current branch and the default branch. Use when the user requests a PR description, pull request summary, or commit message for a squash merge.
- 100/100
drive-pr-local-review
Generate local PR/branch review artifacts for the current branch vs its base — an in-repo canonical spec (if present) or an inferred review `spec.md`, plus `system-design-review.md`, `code-review.md`, and `walkthrough.md`. Multi-persona — adopts `tech-lead` as orchestrator, transitions to `architect` for the system-design pass, to `principal-engineer` for the code-review pass, then reloads `tech-lead` for the walkthrough and synthesis. Writes artifacts to disk (next to the in-repo spec when present, otherwise under `wip/`). Use when the user asks for a local PR/branch review, a code review, a system-design review, to "review this branch", or to produce written review docs. Do not modify implementation code.
- 100/100
drive-pr-walkthrough
Write an intent-first walkthrough (semantic narrative) of a PR/branch or commit range - the overall purpose, the sequence of conceptual steps, the concrete behavior changes, and links to both implementation touchpoints and tests as evidence. Use during branch/PR review when the user asks for a walkthrough, narrative of changes, semantic diff, intent of commits, or “what changed and why” (not a file-by-file diff recap).
- 100/100
github-review-iteration
Orchestrates a GitHub PR review loop by delegating triage and implementation to dedicated sub-agents, then repeating until actionable review items are cleared. Use when the user says “address PR review”, “triage review comments”, or “iterate until review is clean”.

record-gotchas
Capture surprises, workarounds, and rough edges hit while *consuming* the public surface of Prisma Next, Prisma Compute, or Prisma Postgres — anything a real user of these products would experience. Fires whenever an operator (or agent) writes a workaround, hits a surprising failure mode, or finds undocumented behaviour while using one of these three products from the outside (extension authoring, example apps, integration tests, customer reproductions, internal demos, manual repros). Does NOT fire on bugs in code the operator's own team maintains — those are normal product-backlog bugs. In product-team repos (e.g. `prisma-next-ws`), surfaces the gotcha and offers the operator three paths (capture-as-gotcha, file a normal bug, or note-and-move-on). Outside product-team repos (pet projects, hackathon entries, customer codebases), silent-captures into the project's gotchas log AND a Triage-state Linear ticket in the matching gotchas project — no operator escalation. Do not skip the recording step.

review-fetch-phase
Fetches canonical PR review state and renders derived state artifacts. Use when the user wants the state acquisition phase only (fetch, render, summarize) for a review-framework PR.
- 100/100
review-implement-phase
Implements triaged review actions, commits focused fixes, and posts Done plus resolves threads. Use when the user wants only the implementation phase of the review-framework workflow.
- 100/100
review-triage-phase
Produces canonical review actions from fetched review state and renders action markdown. Use when the user wants only triage/action-planning for the review-framework workflow.
