  • Identifies and syncs updated articles from the `articles/` directory to the Jekyll gallery.
  • Deploys changes via Git, ensuring only unique files are published with each run.
  • Detects changes by comparing filenames and timestamps of files in the `articles/` directory against those already deployed.
  • Notifies users about new or updated articles through a gated notification system based on real change detection.
